After graduate school, Elizabeth worked as a school-based clinician, providing individual and family therapy services to students at a local high school, as well as individual therapy in the private practice setting. Elizabeth utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and individualized interventions to best suit her client’s individual needs. She is passionate about working with teens and adults on anxiety, depression, self-esteem, navigating life stressors, phobias, and ADHD. Elizabeth enjoys collaborating with clients to work toward fulfilling life balance and stress reduction. Elizabeth seeks to create a space for clients to feel empowered and to find the best version of themselves. Elizabeth was born and raised in Greenville and now lives here with her husband, son, and two dogs. A proud Clemson University graduate, Katie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, followed by her Master of Education and Education Specialist degrees in Counselor Education with a focus on Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Katie specializes in working with children (as young as 6), teenagers, and young adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, family or parenting issues, anger, and relationship or communication difficulties. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and trusting environment where young people can explore their experiences, build resilience, and grow in confidence.
